Troopers hope a deadly crash caught on camera, will remind drivers to follow the 'Move Over' laws in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The video was captured by dash cam from a Wisconsin State Patrol car on June 1.
According to authorities, the officer had pulled over a motor coach bus on I-94 near Elk Mound. A passing car missed the squad car, and slammed into the back of the bus.
The driver of the car suffered minor injuries, and the driver's wife died at the scene.
The move over law requires drivers to change lanes when they see emergency or maintenance crews stopped along the side of the road with lights flashing.
