Terrorist IED In Mini-Bus Destroys Finance Department In Aleppo

The 'Free Syrian Army' and Al-Qaeda seem to have no need for public finances and attack the building full of civilians, workers, and visitors who were minding their own business harming no one. The 'Free Syrian Army' is practically taking Syria back to the Stone Age. The carnage was caused by an IED in a mini-bus outside the building.

The use of VBIEDs and suicide bombings is almost entirely a 'Free Syrian Army' and Al-Qaeda tactic in Syria, and they commonly post videos to glorify the acts of destruction in public arenas. The 'Free Syrian Army' itself has confirmed that this was due to an explosive device in a vehicle (they discount the initial words of the cameraman, who during the confusion believed it was an artillery shell).

This may therefore have been an explosion of one of their own by mistake, and no party has claimed responsibility. There have been several incidents of premature explosions killing the owners in their vehicles or hideouts.
