Putin: Syria S-300 delivery on hold over balance-of-power concerns

The Russian Foreign Ministry says it's against placing heavy weaponry in nations neighbouring Syria. The arms issue came up during the Russia-EU Summit in the Urals, which again called for both sides to start a dialogue. RT's Aleksey Yaroshevsky's there following the meeting.
