Syrian Soldiers burn Syrian opposition civilian
And severely tortured too.
Carried out by Bashar's dictatorship's Allawite (shi'ite) army against sunni opposition member. The Syrian shiite regime, with an iron fist, controls the dictator Bashar's government even though over 97% of the Syrian population is Sunni. The Sunni population protested in the beginning of 2010 against the 50 year rule of the Allawite regime and were met with live gun fire and massacres of Sunnis throughout the country. The unarmed protests soon turned to an armed rebellion lead by fractions of the Syrian army whom were sunni and that defected against the regime due to the killing of civilians.
