Unknown Object Observes Hurricane Sandy 2012 HD

I have edited together the Obama Press conference concerning Hurricane Sandy and a NASA feed from orbit which was watching the Hurricane unfold. An object appears or possible de-cloaks for a few seconds. Is this object a UFO or possibly something related to HAARP that NASA are utilising?
