Many IEDs have been left in public places by terrorists of the "Free Syrian Army" and their Al-Qaeda allies, and this child found something. It blew his two hands off, and shattered his childhood for a fight he is not part of.
This is where some of your tax money is going, with several Western countries sending funds to the terrorists. Money does not grow on trees. It is your money being sent. The Annan peace plan is the only way forward, and these acts are aimed to derail the plan.
