Hezbollah confirms fighting role in Syrian conflict and claims it is defending Bashar al-Assad
Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has held a massive rally where its leader admitted that Hezbollah troops are actively fighting in Syria. Appearing in a televised address to mark 13 years since Israel withdrew from southern Lebanon, Hassan Nasrallah declared that Hezbollah militants would stay in the Syrian Civil War 'to the end of the road' and bring victory to its ally President Bashar al-Assad.
