Terrorism? Soldier Brutally Butchered in the Street
"A British soldier was hacked to death by two men shouting Islamic slogans in a south London street, in what Prime Minister David Cameron said appeared to be a terrorist attack."*
Two men were caught butchering, hacking, and according to some- beheading- a soldier walking down a South London Street in broad daylight. One of the assailants even spoke to a camera, trying to justify the killing. Was this an act of terrorism? Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Syrian troops advance in al-Qusayr clearing more areas of insurgents
Fierce fighting continues between Syrian government forces and foreign-backed insurgents in the western town of Qusayr-- as army troops advance in the city. The area-- located in the flashpoint province of Homs-- has been the focal point of clashes in recent weeks.
Lethal Aid: US to supply arms to Syrian rebels?
A US Senate committee has voted for a bill to arm the Syrian rebels, who are trying to topple President Assad's regime. It's the first time in two years of the ongoing civil war that America's lawmakers have agreed to give the battling opposition lethal support. However the bill still has a long way to go, before it could come into force. Author and historian Gerald Horne believes Washington has learned nothing from its past mistakes.
