Mutassim Qaddafi Paraded With Neck Shot From Execution After Last Smoke As Prisoner

What are the rules about prisoners?! He is paraded dead with a big neck wound. Before this he is shown as a prisoner without that big wound in the middle of the neck having a smoke (which wouldn't have been a good idea if he had a hole in his windpipe). He is having a "conversation" with his captors, who call him a monkey and tell him that they had to put up with him and his father sponging off them all these years.
