There was more than one of them. Balloons don't glow like that. It seemed to have some kind of internal energy radiating out, similar to an orb.
Sorry for the shaky camera-work, as I was zoomed in to the max. I'll be sure to use a tripod next time.

UFO sighting over Bangkok, Thailand - New Years Eve 2011 - 2012
There was more than one of them. Balloons don't glow like that. It seemed to have some kind of internal energy radiating out, similar to an orb.
