India to keep buying Iran oil despite EU embargo

by RussiaToday

Iran's been under consistent pressure over its nuclear programme, amid fears it might be after an atomic bomb. On top of the EU oil embargo, financial and trade sanctions, 19 Iranian TV and radio stations were taken off air in Europe. But energy-hungry Asian countries refuse to comply with the European restrictions, with India saying it won't reduce the amount of oil it buys from Iran.
