Israel 'Pillar of Cloud' operation started in Gaza

The Israeli forces' Pillar of Cloud operation started yesterday by the assassination of the Hamas Military Chief Ahmed Jabary and his assistant Mohammed Al-Hams.

The operation has carried on with nonstop Israeli attacks targeting Gazan civilians for the second day in a row. 15 people were killed and 140 injured and medical officials expect more injuries and dead.

According to Dr. Ashraf al-Qedra, the Health Ministry Spokesperson, 6 civilians were killed today including 3 children, a pregnant woman, and 2 elderlies.

Press TV visited the Murad family's house, which was affected by an Israeli strike yesterday night. The house was damaged while the family was sleeping at night. All the members of the family were moved to the hospital as they were injured.

In a response to the Israeli continuous attacks targeting the blockaded coastal enclave, the resistance militant groups in Gaza remain to launch homemade rockets towards Israel after launching the first rocket towards Tel-Aviv last night.
