'Iranians know US, Israel not as powerful as they claim'

UN atomic experts are back in Iran - to try and make headway over tensions surrounding its controversial nuclear programme.

It's the first visit since talks hit a deadlock in August, and the IAEA team is hoping to get access to some sites suspected of carrying out nuclear activities.

They're unlikely to get inside the Parchin military facility, which Tehran insists is a non-nuclear site, saying that inspectors have no right to access it.

Tehran University Professor Seyed Mohammad Marandi told RT that the assassinations of nuclear scientists is partly to blame for Iran's reluctance to give inspectors access to the Parchin site.
