Iraqi and Syrian Kurds threaten Turkey's security: Edward Peck

A political analyst tells Press that the big difference between Turkey and Iraq is the presence of the Kurds in northern Iraq, which the Turks see as supporting unpleasant activities carried out by the Kurds in Turkey.

The comments came after an Iraqi militia group threatened to target Turkish interests in response to what it has denounced as Turkey's "blatant interference" in Iraq's internal affairs.

Press TV has conducted an interview with Edward Peck, former chief of the US mission in Iraq from Washington D.C to shed more light on the issue at hand.
