UFO enthusiasts are calling on the US government to end what they say is a truth embargo over the existence of alien life. They've gathered at a conference in Washington DC to share their stories of extraterrestrial sightings and provide evidence they say is too strong to deny. Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports
