Israel beats drums of war against Syria

Officials in Israel are goading the US into taking action against the Syrian government over its reported use of chemical warfare. The official said that Syria has now crossed a "red line" threshold set by the Obama administration. But the US President seemed hesitant speaking from the White House. Despite the Syrian government denying the use of chemical weapons on Syrians or any plans of ever doing so there is some uneasiness in Washington that Israel may be trying to manipulate the US into taking military action in Syria above the assistance the White House has pledged.
